The AHQ is here for you

The Association of Québec Bar Members Abroad (AHQ), also known as Québec Lawyers Abroad, is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to promote and defend the interests of the members of the Québec Bar working abroad. All lawyers who are members of the Québec Bar may become members.

Europe is the main host country for AHQ members with 35% of members followed by the rest of Canada (excluding Québec) with 25%. Members operate in very diverse areas of law, with a marked trend in international law (49%), commercial law (29%) and business law (25%). 97% of members are registered with the Bar and have an average of 17 years of practice.

For the moment, AHQ’s Board of Directors has decided that there will be no annual membership fee, but AHQ accepts donations.
